Too soon for so much talent to leave our world. Patrick Swayze was a dancer's dancer, and a charmer on the screen-- we all remember when he rescued Baby from the corner and have dreamed of a Johnny Castle of our very own. The night I met my husband we executed this very lift (Ok, executed might be pushing it... I did hit my head on the ceiling at Suki's, but we stuck it and the rest is history). I'd like to think Mr. Swazyze had no small part in setting the stage for my own dreams to come true.
